Christos Tsouratakis is a Licensed Associate Broker and currently serves as the Managing Director of Laffey Real Estate in Little Neck, where he has successfully led the office for the past six years. With over 25 years of business experience, Christos combines his deep industry knowledge and background as a former business owner with a proven record of achievement—including being honored with the Queens Chamber of Commerce Business “Small Business Person of the Year Award” in 2007.

Beyond his role at Laffey Real Estate, Christos has served as a Board of Director for the New York State Association of Realtors and previously held the position of President of the Long Island Board of Realtors’ Western Queens Chapter. He holds a Commercial & Investment Real Estate (CIRE) designation from LIBOR, as well as certifications from the National Association of Realtors as a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist (SFR). Christos is also a proud graduate of the Long Island Board of Realtors Leadership Academy.

Passionate about giving back, Christos remains deeply involved in his community. He actively participates in local organizations such as the Queens Chamber of Commerce, the Queens Blvd Kiwanis Club, and serves on the Parish Council of Saint Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church of Jamaica. He has also been engaged with the Flushing Rotary Club and the Community Advisory Board for New York Hospital Queens.
